  • Oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.

  • Provide strategic insights on salary structures and incentive plans.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all reward programs.

  • Manage vendor relationships to optimize benefits offerings.

  • Develop communication strategies to effectively convey rewards programs to employees.

Regional exposure with direct interaction with U.S. leadership.Full ownership of LATAM Compensation & Benefits in a high-impact role.
