Job Purpose
To ensure the compliance of incoming parts to specification. Follow up on reported supplier issues from customers or the production floor.
Key Job Responsibilities- Supplier claims (QR) creation and follow up
- Support directly to production floor about internal supplier quality notifications
- QPS and visual aids creation and maintenance
- Drawing interpretation
- Inspection follow up
- Sorting and containment actions from supplier follow up
- Supplier representatives visits support
- Follow up to disposition of material on hold
- RMA and return to vendor follow up
- Quality Assurance
- Material Procurement
- Engineering
