**WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH**In this role, you'll report to the Director of Demand and Supply Management of LatAm partners.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Merchandise, Financial Planning, Consumer Planning, Merchandising, as well for Nike and Distributors teams.
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**- 5 years directly relevant work experience in merchandising planning, retail planning, demand planning or merchandising- Extensive experience in managing and understanding Retail concepts such as open to buy, gross margin, markups, markdowns, seasonal trending, promotional lifts, inventory turn and sku/store efficiency- Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables & macros- Strong ability to influence and work constructively as a team member and effectively communicate data-dense and/or sensitive topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience to influence action- Outstanding written and verbal communication, analytical capabilities, and strong att...
