Lead EngineerProduction Technologies (Mirador del Marques)

This position is for a lead engineer within the Aviation Engineering Division's Production Technologies (PT) organization. In this role you will own all engineering functions related to the production of rotating parts and compressor airfoils made by GE shops and external suppliers. In this role, you will be on the front lines of an organization that is dedicated to improving the producibility of the rotating parts of the aircraft engines, enhancing the Engineering-Supply chain relationship to improve the delivery of products and this way fulfil our customers' expectations. Examples of specific tasks you will be responsible for are: evaluation of nonconforming hardware that is in production, design changes for producibility improvement, on-going manufacturing support and strategic improvements on production related processes of the assigned hardware.
