What You Will Be Responsible For
Source Activation & Execution
- Identify and onboard new lead sources (affiliates, call centers, partners).
- Launch sources quickly and ensure they go live without delays.
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues and remove blockers fast.
Lead Generation & Performance
- Ensure every source produces qualified leads consistently.
- Monitor performance and optimize underperforming sources.
- Scale high performing channels.
Partner Management
- Act as the main point of contact for lead partners.
- Set clear expectations and hold partners accountable.
- Ensure alignment on volume, quality, and timelines.
