Position Summary
Northern Health is looking for an experienced, highly efficient, and self-directed Lead, Regional Services Management and Planning to support the Medical Affairs department.
Reporting to the Regional Manager Strategy and Planning, Lead - Regional Services Management and Planning are responsible for leading service management and planning initiatives that strengthen service models, improve processes, and align with Northern Health’s strategic direction. This involves close collaboration with clinical services/ programs and operations to ensure coordinated planning, address system impacts, and support organization-wide integration. This role prepares the organization for successful implementation by identifying operational impacts, risks, and dependencies, while monitoring progress and supporting change management, as needed.
