We are seeking a theory‑driven creative media practitioner with a strong understanding of policy, professional and industrial practice within film, television and creative media, who is also credible and confident in production and post‑production environments.

This individual will bring a critical, research‑informed perspective to creative education, enabling students to understand why creative decisions matter, how work operates within professional, legal and ethical frameworks, and how creative practice functions in real‑world industry contexts. Alongside this, they will be able to support, supervise and quality‑control practical production work, from concept through to delivery.
