**Major accountabilities**:- Act as a legal Business Partner to the Country Head in all activities relating to the contractual negotiations and statutory obligations.
- Draft complex transactions and contracts independently and provide complex and contextual legal advice and guidance (incl. training of key customers in specified legal areas).
