Position Overview The Legal Manager will serve as a strategic business partner, responsible for managing all legal, contractual, and compliance-related matters within the organization. The role ensures the company's full compliance with Vietnamese legislation, internal corporate policies, and global governance standards, while proactively mitigating legal risks in business activities. Contract Management & Project Legal Support Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including sales, procurement, and project-related contracts. Provide end-to-end legal support throughout the project lifecycle, including tendering, contract negotiation, claims management, and variation orders.
