The Lifestyle Rental Consultant is responsible for professionally qualifying prospective residents and follow-up with them for the ultimate purpose of renting suites.
Key Responsibilities:
Advertise and show units to prospective tenants within the specifications of Skyline Living, the Residential Tenancies Act and the Human Rights Code.Assist with checking credit references and collecting rent on a monthly basis, as required.
