Our clients, a semi formal family living in North London, are currently seeking a Live-in Governess for their 8 year old. The couple have an additional 3 children, but this role is to solely focus on the one child.
Duties include:
Ensuring that the child follows a routine that allows for homework, educational activities, and completion of their studies Following the child’s curriculum and tutoring in appropriate subjects such as English and Maths Teaching specialised subjects, such as a language, musical instrument, sport Preparing the child for exams and school assessments Fostering the child’s educational, social, and creative development Ensuring the child’s timetable is adequate and allows for the day to run smoothly Gatekeeper between school and parents Liaising with the parents and other tutors, regarding objectives, progress and development Teach manners, etiquette, and right c...
