Job Overview
Manage and direct the team ensuring deliverables are achieved on time and to stakeholder expectations.
Essential Functions
• May take a proactive role in developing long standing relationships with IQVIA customers, and may take a leadership role in bid defence strategy and planning, as appropriate.
• Improve QPPV, and pharmacovigilance agreement procedures and standards.
• Act as primary interface for customers and provide expert input on delivery of QPPV and PVA services required by assigned customers.
• Represent QPPVs and PVA staff on task forces as needed.
• Hold at least bi-monthly meetings with direct reports to discuss, at a minimum: project status, including timelines, delivery updates, financial aspects of the group or project, and potential risks, associated mitigation and support required; status of any initiatives that they may be involved in; the team's utilization rates; the direct report's training and other administrative obligati...
