Long Term Capacity Planning Lead

Job Description

1. Lead the development and governance of ParagonCorp’s 3–5 year Long-Term Capacity Plan (LTCP) across the entire manufacturing network.
2. Define strategic capacity planning frameworks by integrating production trends, demand forecasts, machine utilization, and site performance to ensure long-term scalability.
3. Partner with senior stakeholders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial, and R&D to align capacity strategy with business growth, innovation pipelines, and market expansion plans.
4. Own and drive CapEx strategy, including investment prioritization, factory expansion, automation, and technology adoption to support future growth.
5. Provide executive-level insights and recommendations through advanced analytics, scenario modeling, and risk assessments.
