Luxury Resort: Sales & Marketing Director

Susurros del Corazón is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the overall commercial strategy for the resort, with direct oversight of Sales and Marketing while partnering closely with Revenue Management, Public Relations, and Communications functions. This executive leadership role is responsible for developing and executing integrated commercial strategies that maximize revenue performance, strengthen brand positioning, expand market share, and drive long-term profitability across all segments. The position may be based on property in Punta de Mita, Nayarit, or remotely within Mexico, with regular travel to the resort as required.
