Job Description

  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for the ERP team, documenting and presenting the requirements following the ERP team procedures.
  • When required, prepare the statement of benefits for business case related to the functionality and/or change requests to be introduced in the applications.
  • As focal point with ERP team, consolidates and prioritizes all change requests and sets the severity of all fix requests to be submitted to IT Team.
  • Serve as a bridge to clarify questions and concerns between his/her Department and IT teams.
  • Act as focal point for HR in the implementation of the ERP Human Resources and related best in class systems in Knowledge Management & IT led projects. Contribute to the system integrations where required.
