Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for the ERP team, documenting and presenting the requirements following the ERP team procedures.
When required, prepare the statement of benefits for business case related to the functionality and/or change requests to be introduced in the applications.
As focal point with ERP team, consolidates and prioritizes all change requests and sets the severity of all fix requests to be submitted to IT Team.
Serve as a bridge to clarify questions and concerns between his/her Department and IT teams.
Act as focal point for HR in the implementation of the ERP Human Resources and related best in class systems in Knowledge Management & IT led projects. Contribute to the system integrations where required.
