The Role
We are seeking a Electrician to join our Facilities Management team at HMP Peterborough.This is a key role in ensuring the site remains safe, secure, and fully operational for staff, visitors, and residents.
You will deliver a high-quality electrical maintenance and installation service, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of all low-voltage (LV) electrical systems across the site.This includes maintaining and developing LV distribution systems, carrying out new installations, and supporting compliance with statutory regulations and safety standards.
In addition to electrical duties, you will also undertake general maintenance tasks across other trades (such as plumbing, carpentry, and painting) to ensure the continued operation of essential services.
