Job Description
On behalf of a World famous ICT Company- Huawei Technologies, we are looking for a Field Maintenance Project Manager:
Responsibility Description
- Manage field maintenance (FM) activities fulfillment on time, assure the achievement rate of SLAs and KPIs.
- Well communicate and manage customer's operation requirement , fast response by 7 x 24 hours and take action for improvement and transformation actions
- Assess the performance of FM regional managers to control the efficiency and effectiveness of on-site maintenance in each region.
- Manage the FM budget to control operational and maintenance costs.
- Plan FM skill training programs to continuously improve the on-site maintenance capabilities of FM teams, and implement root cause improvements for common faults.
