Maintenance Supervisor

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, electrical installations, buildings, and vehicles.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience or prior experience as Foreman/Staff/Supervisor in a similar role.
• Good understanding of production equipment, machinery, vehicles, and basic knowledge of raw materials and their physical/chemical properties.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate workforce and maintenance activities.
• Proficient in computer operation, including Microsoft Office and relevant technical/design/project applications.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
• Basic English proficiency (passive).
