The Manager, Medical Imaging plays a key leadership role in shaping the strategic and operational direction of the department. Working collaboratively with two additional Program Managers, the Manager contributes to program visioning, planning, evaluation, budget development, resource allocation, utilization management, risk management, and the advancement of service excellence and quality improvement. Serving as a vital link between Staff, Charge Technologists, Physicians, and Clinical Units, the Manager ensures strong communication, alignment, and coordination across all areas of Medical Imaging. The role is responsible for leading and supporting initiatives that enhance patient flow, service delivery, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes.
