The Human Resources Manager will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Plant’s HR practices and processes. This position requires a strong combination of strategic/tactical and operational skills, with a willingness and passion for hands-on involvement in the department's tasks.

Position location: This position is based in our Manufacturing Plant at Nogales, Sonora.
