Manager I, Payroll LATAM

What We'll Bring:

The Payroll Manager – LATAM is responsible for leading end-to-end payroll operations across assigned Latin American countries, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing in alignment with the Global Payroll Operating Model.
This role serves as the regional payroll subject matter expert, partnering closely with Global Payroll leadership, HR, Finance, Tax, and external vendors to drive operational excellence, compliance adherence, and process standardization across the region.

What You'll Bring:

1. Regional Payroll Operations

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing across multiple LATAM countries (e.g., Central America, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Dominican Republic,etc.)

Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor, tax, and social security regulations.

Review and validate gross-to-net results prior to final approval.
