What is the opportunity?
Lead RBC Investor Services (RBC IS) NAV Production team, overseeing accurate net asset value computations for our entire fund range. You'll drive operational excellence through effective team management, process optimization, and risk mitigation while ensuring strict adherence to policies, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements. This role combines strategic oversight of fund pricing production with coaching and development of talented fund accounting professionals.
What will you do?
Manage team resources, workload allocation, and performance to ensure consistent, accurate daily NAV deliverables
Oversee fund valuations, reconciliation activities, and NAV control processes while serving as primary escalation point
