Manager of Direct Truckload Operations - MEX

PURPOSE: This role owns the performance, development, and execution of all Mexico-based Direct Truckload team members, including Carrier Sales and Customer Success. The position is accountable for carrier procurement, operational execution, customer experience, and team leadership across Mexico DT operations. The focus is on building a high-performing, disciplined organization that delivers reliable capacity, strong service, and scalable growth.
