Primary Purpose of this Position
Responsible for managing a regional team of direct report supervisors and external warehouse operations. This critical role will be accountable for implementing needed change across our warehouse network to improve customer experience, drive cost savings, reduce quality issues, and lead the direct reports and cross‑functional teams to solve complex logistics problems.
What will you be responsible for?
Leadership & People Management
- Lead and support a regional team of warehouse supervisors and their operational teams.
- Promote a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with other departments including Logistics, Planning, Sourcing, and Quality.
Warehouse Network Strategy, Execution & 3PL Management
- Define and manage the regional distribution model, standardizing best practices across warehouse operations.
