Manufacturing Quality Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an NPDI Product Quality Leader to drive product reliability and improvement across our organization. In this role, you will lead advanced quality processes in new product development, ensure effective use of tools and methods, and foster a strong culture of quality. You will collaborate across multiple teams, deliver sustainable solutions, and make a direct impact on product performance and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Determine the data driven top customer field issues list, verify an owner is assigned and status is reported weekly.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions through problem solving process. Evaluate completed corrective actions and ensure effectiveness of actions. Recommend appropriate remedial activities.
