We're hiring a Marketing Associate to support day-to-day execution across AvantStay's brand, social, and distribution channels.
You'll sit at the intersection of creative storytelling and performance: helping our homes reach the right guests on the right platforms, keeping our brand voice consistent across every touchpoint, and using AI to move faster than a traditional marketing team ever could.
This is a generalist role built for someone who wants broad exposure across a modern hospitality marketing stack and thrives in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
