Your mission

At AVIAN , our mission is clear: we stop fires before they start. Our infrared camera systems and AI-driven monitoring help industrial companies detect abnormal heat early, prevent fire risk, protect assets, and avoid costly downtime.
We have reached product-market fit. We have the product, the proof, and strong customer demand. Now we need the marketing engine.
As Marketing Lead, your mission is to build an AI-forward marketing function that helps AVIAN scale to $10M+ ARR. This is not a traditional marketing role. We are not trying to hire a large team or manage a network of agencies. We want one exceptional operator using AI agents, automation, and sharp positioning to do the work of a small team.
You will own the 1-to-many growth engine: brand authority, demand generation, content, website conversion, lifecycle marketing, event amplification, and AI-driven outbound support.
