Marketing Operations Specialist
The Marketing Operations Specialist within Latin America Marketing Operations Team is responsible for increasing marketing efficiency and excellence by reinforcing budget governance with processes, partnerships, tracking and leading weekly meetings with local marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities & Performance Expectations
- Communicate guidelines and governance of the marketing process to local marketing teams and support them through the entire cycle from planning to budget approvals, sourcing, execution, proof of executions and reporting.
- Operate ANAPLAN (Marketing cloud‑based planning & budgeting platform) – load budgets, create purchase requisitions and enforce compliance.
- Support the marketing team with procurement processes, including Ariba invoicing management (checking invoices, proof of work and approving invoices).
