Ownership of marketplace operations, including step by step until delivery, after-sale claims and E2E tracking reports. Responsibilities include creating internal purchase orders, requesting credit unblock, handling logistics delivery, tracking till customer reception, managing customer claims in the marketplace platform, keeping consolidated reports, handling conciliations, and attaining sales targets defined for the route-to-market.
