Material Handler, Warehouse

Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, provides the requested production materials and ships them to other plants.

Responsibilities

• Provides materials from their respective locations.
• Deducts each material issued from the inventory ledger.
• Performs manual counts of parts or uses the electronic scale.
• Packs the provided materials appropriately.
• Helps maintain the warehouse area in an orderly, clean, and safe condition.
• Reports any discrepancies or differences in the inventories under their responsibility promptly.
• Is responsible for the proper use of equipment in the performance of their duties.
• Assists in the performance of other warehouse functions.
