Materials Expediter - EPC HV Substations

As HV Substation’s Materials Expediter, you would be working with a multi-cultural team of Project Managers, Engineers, Schedulers, Internal and External suppliers to get all materials on time to EPC HV Substations projects under construction for customers in US and Canada. For this position, you will be the connection between material supplier and our PMs. You would be accountable for the prevention of schedule delays by tracking manufacturing, updating material status reports, tracking and coordinating logistics to ensure materials arrive on-site, in full, and on time.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Early identification of potential production bottlenecks or shipping delays. Assess potential fabrication or shipment delays and collaborate with the supplier to resolve and meet delivery expectations.
