Overview Qualifications
- Permanent / Full-time position on-site
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Typing skills 35+ WPM
- Proven experience in customer service
- Proficient in both English and Spanish (B2 or higher)
- Excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities (critical thinking and problem-solving skills)
- Experience in medical accounts is a plus, but not required
- Employment Type: On-site at the Zventus Center of Excellence
- Location: Ensenada, B.C. - Candidates who are not in this location will be rejected
