What the Meetings, Events and Trade Shows/Congress team contributes to Cardinal Health

The Global Meetings, Events and Trade Shows/Congress team is responsible for the development, planning and implementation of internal and external meetings, events and congresses aligned with strategic business and brand objectives.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Serve as the lead Meeting Planner for all LATAM region meetings and events.

  • May serve as back-up support for our Senior Congress Planner.

  • Meeting planning responsibilities include: lead planning calls with various internal stakeholders; Cvent registration site build; attendee management; transportation and other external vendor management; hotel logistics (rooming lists, food & beverage, AV coordination); budget management; manage timeline/deadlines; reporting/data management; onsite management, billing reconciliation/payment.
