What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional service to members in person, over the phone, and through digital channels. Support members with day-to-day banking transactions and offer personalized financial guidance. Promote and educate members on Prospera’s products, services, and digital tools. Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships and refer to internal specialists as needed.
