Overview
The support MRM will be key on the service provided to the Distributors and Preferred Customers. This position will be responsible for handling interactions with Distributors and Preferred Customers through remote channels such as phone calls, emails, and chat, providing assistance and guidance in accordance with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to the sales and marketing plan.
This position will be also responsible to support the member services processes and procedures that due to it’s nature must be handled locally, such as recognition awards shipping.
Also, this position will be key to address and resolve any requirement or complaint that has to be resolved locally, by having communication with the local departments of Sales, Marketing, Events and/or Operations.
