The Mobile Maintenance Mechanic is located in Toronto and reports directly to the Facility Supervisor. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Routine Inspections: Conduct regular property and site condition inspections to ensure optimal functionality and safety. Preventative Maintenance: Completion of inspections associated to preventive maintenance tasks, such as:HVAC maintenance (filter changes, belt replacement, lubrications, etc.).Testing and inspection of plumbing assets (pumps, water tanks, cartridge filter replacements, etc.).Testing and inspecting of fire and life safety equipment (fire alarm panels, generators, AED’s, etc.).Upkeep of utility rooms.
