What a typical day looks like:
- Schedules and directs leads, utilities, and mold changers in the Molding Department.
- Works with production control to obtain molding requirements.
- Monitors production, inventory, and minimizes scrap in the department.
- Works with the Molding Manager to continually improve the molding process.
