Position Summary:
Saint John's School, a Toddler to 12-grade co-ed secular school, actively seeks a caring and dedicated Montessori Teacher Assistant to join our team. The Montessori Teacher Assistant will work collaboratively with Lead Montessori Teacher to provide a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for toddlers 18 months to 3 years. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and is passionate about nurturing their independence, curiosity, and love of learning in respectful and inclusive environment.
This position will support the Lead teacher in guiding each child’s unique development and help create a warm, engaging classroom where students feel valued, build confidence, and grow into compassionate, curious learners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Education or related fields. Montessori Teacher Assistant Certification (required). A minimum of two (2)...
