This is an established NPI Project Engineering role focused on driving the success of engineering projects that support manufacturing and operational excellence. In this position, you will manage diverse technical projects, gaining a comprehensive view of the production chain while ensuring projects are executed efficiently and aligned with business objectives. Your work will directly impact production continuity, product integrity, and cross‑functional collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for platform changes.
- Providing daily Product Engineering support to ensure production lines continue running without disruption.
- Conducting monthly audits of finished products to ensure physical components match BOMs within MRP systems and Windchill.
