Duties
:
Provide vocational assessment and rehabilitation planning.Provide individual Occupational Therapy assessment and individual and group treatment to referred adult clients. Contribute to the interdisciplinary treatment planning.Attend clinical and program meetings as required.Liaise with appropriate community agencies as required.Provide supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants and Occupational Therapy students.Contribute to furthering of the goals of the Occupational Therapy profession including attending monthly meetings.Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, to the program and to the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario standards of practice.Must be willing to discuss performance of other duties as requested by program/discipline/hospital.Partner with clients in the development of their recovery goalsWork with clients and care team in the ident...
