We are looking for a creative and strategic Online Communication Manager to lead our digital presence and online reputation across our resort operations.
Main Objective
Drive brand visibility and engagement by managing social media, website content, IPTV, digital signage, and guest experience platforms ensuring consistency and a strong brand image.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies and engaging content (photo/video).
Monitor and respond to online reviews (TripAdvisor, Google, Booking, etc.).
Oversee resort app, IPTV, digital signage, and website updates.
Create compelling in-property promotions and marketing materials.
Coordinate paid social campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Analyze performance and provide regular marketing reports.
Collaborate with Corporate Marketing, PR, and Operations teams.
Support influencer partnerships and media stays.
