Job Description
As a Operations Jr. Manager you will play a key role in overseeing manufacturing operations and driving operational excellence. In this role, you will:
- Lead daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and output targets are consistently met.
- Manage and develop a team of production supervisors, operators, and support staff.
- Oversee unionized workforce management, including labor negotiations and conflict resolution.
- Drive production planning activities, including BOM management and material flow optimization.
- Implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, One Piece Flow, Six Sigma).
- Ensure compliance with quality systems and manufacturing standards.
