Job Description
As Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage team performance, ensure service quality, and support the growth of our clients. You will work closely with senior leadership to improve productivity, strengthen processes, and build a high-performing team culture. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of bookkeeping and accounting support teams. Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and individual contributors. Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround times, and client deliverables. Drive operational efficiency through process improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and client-specific requirements. Manage workforce planning, capacity utilization, and resource allocation.
