Job Information and Responsibilities

Administrative and Operational Management

  • Handle administrative documentation including honorarium, reimbursement, payroll, CEAC, and fixed remuneration forms.
  • Coordinate facility requests such as furniture arrangements, office maintenance, repairs, and painting.
  • Monitor and manage the Centre's general email, facilitating effective communication internally and externally.
  • Maintain and regularly update Centre records and documentation on Microsoft Teams, including financial data, contracts, and event details.
