Order Fulfillment Consultant (San Pedro Garza García)

We are hiring an Order Fulfillment Consultant who will support dealer activities prior to order creation and placement with Steelcase.

• The primary business consultant between Steelcase North America, Dealers, and Field Sales, mentoring and handling dealer activities prior to order creation and placement with Steelcase.
• Understands the Steelcase order fulfillment value stream and optimizes supply chain, manufacturing, and delivery efficiencies, resulting in a phenomenal customer experience.
• Is aware of and supports Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Assesses the health and well‑being of the dealership through performance measures and serves as the dealer advocate to quality and manufacturing management to drive process improvement.
