We are seeking a skilled Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support and execute change initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for a professional with 2–4 years of experience who brings a strong foundation in change management and excels at translating complex initiatives into clear, compelling, and visually impactful PowerPoint presentations.
Key Responsibilities Change Management Execution- Execute components of OCM strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training plans
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses with moderate guidance
- Track, analyze, and report on adoption metrics, risks, and feedback
