Job Description

SCOPE OF POSITION:

The Outside Sales Representative – Northern Ontario will maintain and grow an existing customer base, prospect and generate new business, and build long-term customer relationships. This role includes cold calling, identifying new sales opportunities, and educating customers on new products and product lines. Responsibilities and scope may vary based on geographic region or product line. This position will report to the Regional Sales Manager – Ontario and Quebec.


Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Complete prospecting activities to secure initial and follow-up appointments with customer decision makers, including cold calls, lead generation, referrals, and networking.

  • Maintain and grow an existing customer base.

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations and follow up with key decision makers.

  • Educate current customers on new products and product lines.
