R2P Associate

Location: Latin America, Colombia, Distrito Capital de Bogota, Bogota.

Report to: R2P LEAD.

Work Location: Hybrid.

What you will do

• The R2P Associate will serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for interactions between requesters, business partners, sourcing specialists, contract champions, Accounts Payable and R2P Specialists, ensuring a positive and compliant end user experience.
• Provide assistance with both low-touch and high-touch transactions, including basic navigation guidance, requisition creation, PO creation, receiving, PO closure, and status updates.
• May be assigned to one or more categories and rotated to other categories as a backup for other R2P Associates.
• Ensure a seamless experience for requestors/business partners using sourcing and contracting services.
