Paid Search Specialist 

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own paid search strategy across brand and non‑brand campaigns.

  • Develop and manage full‑funnel search programs aligned to brand, launch, and seasonal priorities.

  • Execute campaign builds include keyword strategy, ad copy, extensions, bidding models, and audience targeting.

  • Optimize performance across KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.

  • Partner closely with Legal, Regulatory, and medical teams to ensure ad copy and landing pages meet compliance standards.

  • Collaborate with Analytics and Media teams to align paid search with broader media and measurement strategies.

  • Manage agency partners or vendors as applicable.

  • Test and scale performance through structured experimentation (ad copy, bidding, audiences, landing pages).

  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, and pacing to ensure efficient investment.
