Paid Search Specialist
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Own paid search strategy across brand and non‑brand campaigns.Develop and manage full‑funnel search programs aligned to brand, launch, and seasonal priorities.Execute campaign builds include keyword strategy, ad copy, extensions, bidding models, and audience targeting.Optimize performance across KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.Partner closely with Legal, Regulatory, and medical teams to ensure ad copy and landing pages meet compliance standards.Collaborate with Analytics and Media teams to align paid search with broader media and measurement strategies.Manage agency partners or vendors as applicable.Test and scale performance through structured experimentation (ad copy, bidding, audiences, landing pages).Oversee budgets, forecasts, and pacing to ensure efficient investment.
