Paint Shop Production Group Leader - May 2026

Job Purpose

To lead and supervise daily production activities in the Paint Shop, ensuring the electric vehicle (EV) painting process meets quality standards, safety requirements, and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Management

• Supervise painting processes (pretreatment, ED coating, sealing, top coat, etc.) in accordance with SOP.
• Ensure production output meets daily and weekly targets.
• Control and optimize the use of materials (paint, thinner, chemicals).

2. Quality Control

• Ensure painting quality meets company standards (defect-free).
• Identify and resolve painting defects (e.g., peeling, dust, orange peel).
• Coordinate with QA team for continuous quality improvement.
